Blood DNA/RNA in parallel Miniprep Kit

Through GEB's parallelized separation method of DNA and RNA from blood by miniprep kit, either DNA or RNA can be successively separated by GEB's miniprep kit from 200~250 μl of anti-coagulated blood. Upon this unique procedure, both proteins and hemoglobin will selectively be precipitated after lysis of blood. As long as addition of lyzed blood cells onto the prepared-column for a while, DNA and RNA will be successively separated each other through an appropriate sediment. Meanwhile the filtrated solutions containing more RNAs will be effectively extracted though the GEB-prepared column for further purifying RNAs. By the parallelized procedure, a high quality of either DNA or RNA can be obtained through a different separating column via elution steps, therefore these DNAs and/or RNAs are applicable to more molecular experi ments thereafter. applicable to more molecular experiments thereafter.
